Education and Experience

Since I was a child, I wanted to help people and make the world a better place for those around me. To do this, I earned a master’s degree in counseling and began writing about stress management in the early 2000s. I wanted make research-based information about stress available to anyone who wanted to learn more. I  took courses to get certified in coaching. I earned my Ph.D. in psychology and ultimately started this company to expand the ways I can help people build a better life–one where they are less stressed, happier, empowered, and reaching goals that will truly elevate their daily lives.

I’ve learned a great deal over the years and have many ways in which I support people. I help people manage stress, build resilience, cultivate happiness, set meaningful goals, create systems to reach those goals, and maintain those goals as they expand to work toward new goals.

Tools for Stress Management and Productivity

I wrote a book on stress management–8 Keys to Stress Management. Then I realized that I could help people really implement these strategies by building workshops and coaching around these keys. They enable me to provide extra support for people to customize what they learn in the book.

I’m a big fan of planners and workbooks. They help people to really process new ideas and translate them into actions. Because of this, I created a workbook on happiness and productivity that includes everything I’ve really found useful in other planners, all in one place.

I continue to build courses on various topics of stress management and personal growth. This allows me to have a collection of ways in which to help people “grow from good to great,” and live the life they truly want. I am currently working on building an app, which will be available soon.

Wellness Coaching, Productivity Coaching, ADHD Coaching and More

My biggest goal is to help people to learn how to manage stress through a process that isn’t stressful itself. I help many different types of people become more productive, live healthier and more meaningful lives, and overcome challenges by implementing simple strategies in their lives to make things work more easily. I work with people who are seeking strategies for living more effectively with ADHD, who are going through transitions (like going to college, finding a new job, restructuring after children leave home, etc.), or taking on exciting challenges like writing a book.

Blogs and Articles, Newsletter, Books, Courses and App, Workshops, and Coaching

I’m happy that I have a variety of ways to offer support. For some people, a few articles are what they need at the moment. They come back when they need more information and subscribe to my newsletter in the meantime. Delving deeper, my book offers many people more depth of information on a variety of topics related to stress. It also offers plans to put that knowledge to use in ways that work for them.

Many people find that they benefit from support in personalizing and implementing what they learn from the book, and want the structure and depth of a course or app that helps guide them from where they are to where they want to be–having developed new skills based on what they’ve learned and put those skills into action in their daily lives.

Some people are ready to work with me as a coach. We identify goals in areas of personal productivity, stress management, organization, writing, career development, or a variety of other topics. We then create a plan of action to work steadily and easily toward those goals, and ways to maintain the motivation and refine their navigation toward these important life goals. Whatever you are looking for, you should find something helpful here for your current stage in your journey.
